A strategic communications and marketing professional with deep experience across government, business and the not-for-profit sector — spanning integrated campaigns, major events, brand strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Jason's career has spanned major public awareness campaigns across print, digital and broadcast platforms, large-scale public events, and national conferencing programs. He has deep expertise in brand strategy, campaign management, event delivery, collateral production, and government communications advisory.
His approach is straightforward: listen carefully, understand the real problem, and deliver work that makes a genuine difference.

Nicole Newman
Principal Consultant
A regional development and government relations professional with 25+ years' experience across agribusiness, not-for-profit leadership, and cross-sector stakeholder engagement.
Nicole's career spans founding and scaling businesses, leading peak industry bodies, and advising government at the highest level. She has secured and delivered major government-funded programs involving 100+ stakeholders across government, industry, and community. As a ministerial appointee to the Great South Coast Regional Partnership, she advises government on regional investment and policy.
Nicole brings deep capability in building trusted relationships across government, industry, and community to drive outcomes that are economically sound and environmentally resilient. Her approach combines on-the-ground regional industry experience with executive-level government relations capability.
